Free Dental Screening for Children

The Community Health Alliance of Pasadena (CHAP) is offering free dental screening for children ages 1-12 on Monday, August 23, 2004, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. All children will be examined by a dentist and receive a free toothbrush. Parents will receive a written recommendation for further treatment, and children who are eligible for free dental sealants may be scheduled for a future appointment.

CHAP is a primary health care clinic offering both medical and dental services. The clinic is located at 1855 North Fair Oaks Avenue in Pasadena. Sliding-fee scale services are open to all residents of the San Gabriel Valley. Insurance is also accepted.
