Contribution Form Summary

Key To The City's information contribution form is used to gather information to present on Key To The City's WEB City-Pages. The information gathered by this form will be used in the It Happened Here section of the City-Page. The displayed content, or entry, will consist of information about Happenings in the area followed by a reference citation.  The FIRST form page asks for the type of source document used(newspaper, book, etc.).  The SECOND form page asks for more source information(author, Publisher, etc.). This source information will be used to create the reference citation portion of the City-Page section entry.  The THIRD form page asks for the It Happened Here description portion of the entry.

USAGE

Here are some "It Happened Hear" input descriptions that will help you decide what information goes in each of the input fields .

"Event Date" input field:

This is the date of the event that happened.

"Event Title" input field:

This field is for the event title or heading.

"Event Description" input field:

Enter a description of the event here.

Navigating

- To return to page one of the contribution form type Ctrl/r on the keyboard.
- To return to the "active" City-Page click on the blue link at the lower left.
- To submit your form information click the Submit button.
- To clear all of the input fields click "Reset".
