Riverdale Historical Events

2003, September
Historic property owners, Marcus and Veronica Scott, have successfully had their property, located at 750 Main Street in Riverdale, Georgia, listed on the National Historic Registry. The property was restored by Leroy McGinnis, LLM Contracting of Jonesboro, Georgia. The property is located within the downtown historic district of Riverdale, which neighbors City Hall and the Riverdale Fire and Police Department. Main Street is currently undergoing renovations. 750 Main Street will house The Village, a group of retail shops and office space.
