This is a small community with friendly people. Lots of hunting around
here, and fishing in local ponds with permission of owners. It is a
good place to retire.

From a local resident:
One of the old homes needs loving restoration to make a beautiful bed and
breakfast or an apartment house. Owners live in Mulberry Grove and
Might be interested in selling if the price was right. Have business
sites available through the business park and contact with City of
Greenville could give you plenty of information. City sewer project
has its grants in place and installation of the sewer system will soon
be under way. We have lived here for 35 years and my husband
was born here.
