Memories of Kouts
Jeff Smith was the popular person that went to Kouts high school. One of the biggest deals in Kouts was the new gas station, with the Burger King. This is one of the smallest towns around!!!!! I lived there for 14 years at 148 E. 900 S., but moved away recently. There is not much I can say about Kouts except it is a small farming community.
