2004, June 27
The children of Don and Margaret Peggy Hyle are holding an informal reception for friends and family to celebrate their parent's 50th wedding anniversary. The reception will be June 27th from 2pm to 5pm at the Belle Plaine High School, Belle Plaine, Kansas.
The Hyle were married on June 20, 1954 in Yale, Oklahoma.

Tulip Time
An Annual Event

Sponsored by: The City of Belle Plaine
Tulip Time is our annual festival held downtown. There are arts and crafts booths, games for children, live music and talent performances on stage, a food court, basketball tournaments, a rug show, a car show, one mile and 2K races and a photography contest/show among other things. In 2000, the festival falls on April 15-16...it usually occurs the third weekend of each April.
