100 YEARS OLD on MARCH 23
My Great Grand Mother,
Roxy Perkins, will be 100 years old on March 23rd, 1998.D
We are planning to come home and give her a nice birthday party on Saturday
March 21st.
She's the oldest living local Eastern Star member, and Her husband, Herman Perkins was the
Policeman and Police Judge of Clay.
Did you know she was 14 years old when the Titanic went down.
She's has continued to be an inspiration to me through the years, and I just want to make this
100 year birthday as special as I can.
WE LOVE YOU!!
Phillip Anthony Williams, your great-grandson.
