This 20 unit complex is HUD subsidized enabling one bedroom apartments to be leased at only 30% of tenant's adjusted monthly income. Two apartments are handicapped accessible. A community room is available for social events. The apartments are furnished with stove, refrigerator, central air and heat, and an emergency pull cord. Water is also included in the rent. Also, tenants are given a $55.00 utility allowance. An on-site laundry room is also available.
These apartments are very nice and it is quite peaceful here. All of the tenants are happy living here. Also, the apartment manager lives on site with the tenants.
