John Woodman Higgins
Worcester is home to the largest collection of medieval arms and armor in the Western Hemisphere, courtesy of the John Woodman Higgins Armory. Mr. Higgins, a prominent local industrialist and founder of the Norton Company, spent much of his life and fortune collecting suits of armor.
