Home of fine papers mill of Westvaco Corp. This mill has been in operation for over 100 years. Originally in West Virginia, the paper mill was moved to Maryland by the rerouting of the Potomac River. Luke is one of the Tri-Towns of Luke and Westernport Md. And Piedmont, WV.
