Lafayette Centennial!
Lafayette will be celebrating its Centennial the weekend of July 28, 29 & 30, 2000.
The weekend is filled with many activities.
Friday night will start the Legion sponsoring a grilled chicken supper/pie social. The Lafayette Community Band will perform a concert that evening along with, possibly, another concert by another band.
Saturday there is a host of activities to take place ranging from kids things to adult events throughout the day and evening.
Check back here for more information when the time gets closer for exact events.
Sunday will have mini rods, a huge parade with a very special grand marshall and a band concert from the Over 60's band following the parade.
