The last remaining Spanish-American War Veteran in the City of Little Falls was Perry R Stith. Perry R Stith is the son of Commodore Perry Stith who was involved in starting the town of Swanville, Minnesota once known as Stithton, Minnesota. Perry R. Stith's granddaughter still lives in Little Falls, Minnesota and is one of the owners of the Internet Service Fallsnet.
