The names, Oakville, Mehlville, Concord Village, Lemay and Affton are strictly names of unincorporated "neighborhoods." They are not cities and do not have their own, individual governing bodies. The neighborhoods are represented by the Sixth District County Councilman, who sits on the St. Louis County Council, and the County Executive.
