Lemay City Government

South County is a region of St. Louis County that is unincorporated. The area is governed, solely, by St. Louis County. The government center is located in the City of Clayton. The names, Oakville, Mehlville, Concord Village, Lemay and Affton are strictly names of unincorporated "neighborhoods." They are not cities and do not have their own, individual governing bodies. The neighborhoods are represented by the Sixth District County Councilman, who sits on the St. Louis County Council, and the County Executive. Many services are provided by St. Louis County Government and some are not. (information from the South County Chamber of Commerce)
