Scott City High School is the former Illmo-Scott City High School, changed when the two cities merged. Colors are Blue and Yellow, mascot is the Rams. Famous Coach was William Wilthong, for baseball and football. Best athlete was Scott Little, football, basketball and baseball star who went on to star at University of Missouri, and play for the Pittsburgh Pirates. This is a look at Scott City from a rival town. Scott City was also known for having so many good looking girls for a small town. It was a railroad town, the Cotton Belt. Still has good sports. Also held the Scott City Classic, a track and field standard for years.
