Southaven Springfest
Originally a founder's day commemorating the town's beginnings, it has evolved into a large 3-day festival the last weekend of April each year with arts and crafts, live music, parades, midway rides and a barbecue-cooking contest, which incidentally receives world-wide attention!

Snowden Grove Park attracts families from across the United States to its baseball tournaments held throughout the summer.

Southaven is known as a great retirement city. There is an affordable cost of living with low taxes and crime rate. There is also nearby recreation, cultural and educational activities and quality medical care.
