Just like in the home town paper, your local news items can be published., But, this publication will go around the world. Tell everyone about Kari's great report card, or Kent's latest discovery. How about your vacation, or how your child's baseball team is doing. Maybe Grandma and Grandpa on the other side of the country would like to know how everyone is doing in Big Timber.
If we're going to have a reunion, let's get started planning it. I've heard from several people -- all of whom are in favor of it -- now let's hear from all the rest, either pro or con.

I am looking for some information about my mother's side of the family. I know that her grandfather (Charles Nelson Skillman) and grandmother (Julia Prescot Skillman) lived in Big Timber during the late 1800's and early 1900's. She is supposed to be buried there. He became ill and had to move to his son's (Roy Skillman, my mother's father) in Virginia in the late 1920's. He died about a year later. I am interested in anyone or any group (such as a historical society of some kind) that could help me gather more information. I also have a large album of photos from that period of my great-great grandfather, many local people, and local scenes, especially downtown.
