Jim and Blanche Johnston
parents of Eula Johnston Noblitt, mother of Betty Mae Noblitt Lowthian
The family donated land for the City Lagoon for the Town of Denton that they may use as long as the Lagoon is used on that location. Should that location be abandoned, the lagoon property returns to Jim and Blanche Johnston estate, to their heirs and assigns.

Jim Johnston aided many families in the area to establish their business. He also owned the first car in Fergus County.
