Every Tuesday at the Living Gospel Baptist Church West Passaic Ave., Rutherford, NJ 07070 I am a personal fitness trainer, with 3 personal training and aerobics certifications. I have been training since 1995, at many gyms in NYC and NJ and also privately as a personal fitness trainer.

I feel that this class will be very helpful to those individuals in our community who do not realize the immense benefits of exercise and nutrition. I service a clientele of all types of people, and cater to the overweight, out of shape client. These are the people who need the extra push, the positive affirmation, and the encouragement to move their bodies. Over 50% of our US population are overweight today, and nearly 90% do not do cardiovascular exercise on a regular basis. A lot of illnesses, such as diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, strokes, can be related to an individual's poor diet and lack of physical fitness. It is really important to exercise -- spiritually, mentally and physically!!!
