Location

Chaparral location: 22 miles south of Las Cruces via Interstate 10 and then 16 miles east via N.M. 404. The state highway is the best access over the Franklin Mountains and provides area residents with a shortcut to El Paso International Airport, which is located on the northwest side of the neighboring Texas city.
