July 4, 1997 a peaceful, day-long gathering at Byram Lake Reservoir for all residents of Mt. Kisco to recognize the value of their reservoir. Noon to sunset. There will be music, food, fishing, rowing, etc. The purpose is to gather to recognize the importance of the reservoir, and freedom to uphold natural resources. Oppose spoiling of reservoir. Organize plan of action to ensure protection of the water. This must be a peaceful, substance-free gathering in accordance with the Village regulations. There will be parking south of Byram Lake, along side of Byram Lake Road.
