The Mountain Top Arboretum is a not-for-profit organization that features a living collection of both exotic and native trees and shrubs. Approximately six acres of botanically identified plantings of flowering trees, evergreens, and shrubs in a beautiful natural surrounding framed by the Catskill Mountains. Visitors welcome at any time of the year but guided tours are offered Jun-Sep. The Arboretum also serves as a research center for plant hardiness and as a setting for educational programs on a wide variety of horticultural topics.
