Former long-time Village Police Chief
Wallace E. "Wally" Boers, 84, a resident of Boston Heights since 1946, died Sunday, Dec. 23, 2001 at UHHS Bedford Medical Center.

Born in Chardon, Ohio on Aug. 30, 1917, the son of Wallace Boers and Christine Egleston, he graduated from Bedford High School in 1934.....Preceded in death by his beloved wife of 57 years, Olive M. "Donna," in 1997...more
