Fletcher Elementary is a Distinguished School of Excellence. Fletcher has a School Wide Title 1 Program. Fletcher Elementary received state and national awards for their distinguished excellence in education in 2000. Fletcher students thrive academically by using the Accelerated Reader Program. The result of students using the Accelerated Reader causes our test scores to soar to the peak of excellence. Our students kindergarten through sixth grade averaged reading 141 books each during the 2000-01 school year.

Fletcher Elementary is a Great Expectations School. The staff, parents and students believe in success for every student. We are changing the future ONE child at a time. Our school enrolls 167 students in grades pre-k (4 years old) through sixth grades.
