History & History Related Items Bartlett history: First settled in the late 1700's, the town was officially incorporated in 1866. The population of Bartlett has grown from 1,100 to 33,500 in just 25 years. Return to Index Bartlett attractions: The arts thrive in the form of the Bartlett Community Concert Band, The Barlett Area Chorus, the Bartlett Community Theatre, and the Bartlett Art Association. The area has several annual events, among which are the Bartlett Stagecoach Shoot-Out and the Autumn Village Folkfest.
