During the late 1800's, Beersheba Springs was a tourist attraction in the area. Many of the beautiful mansions here were built as summer cottages for the rich families who spent holidays and summers in the community.

Annual Beersheba Arts and Crafts Fair
Held each August at the Old Beersheba Hotel. The event is one of the largest exhibits of its kind in the country.

The Beersheba Springs Arts and Crafts Fair
Place: On the grounds of the United Methodist Assembly
Time: Sat 10-6, Sun 10-5
Sponsored by: Beersheba Springs Arts and Crafts Fair Board
Craft fair exhibits ONLY hand made crafts and has over 200 exhibitors from several states. The fair has been operating from the same grounds for Nearly 40 years. Craft fair board members include Nancy Perry, Bobby Thompson, Fran Holt, Donald Boyd, Melissa Scruggs, and Lonnie Whitman. Information requests should be directed to Nancy Perry at 931 692 3182
