On Saturday, March 24 the Texas Commission on the Arts will host a gallery reception for the "Texas Original" exhibit that will be on display at the Kingfisher Fine Art & Music in downtown Elgin. The reception will feature a variety of fine art from some of the state's most talented artisans as well as music by the E Flat Porch Band. The public is invited to come out and enjoy the art and entertainment. The reception will begin at 4 p.m. and refreshments will be served. The exhibit will be on display starting Saturday, March 17 through Saturday, April 14.
