Ozona is an unincorporated town, having no city government. The local law enforcement is the Sheriff's Dept. and one Texas Ranger. Shane Fenton is the present Sheriff and is running for his second term. Ozona is the only town in Crocket County which covers est. 3,000 sq. miles. Sheep, Cattle, Goats, Oil & Gas are the main sources of income for the area. Interstate 10 goes across the top of the town. It is the biggest little town in Texas and by far one of the friendliest.
