History & History Related Items Apple Valley history: This area began in 1985 as a subdivision. There are about 140 homes with a slow growth of about five new homes each year. All lots are at least one acre and are zoned for animals. Apple Valley attractions: There is a gas station and a fire department, but not much other business.
