The climate for Highland is Moderate. There are approximately 10 to 20 inches of snow each year with much more in the mountain areas. History & History Related Items Highland history: Named for the Scottish Highlands and also for its location on the upper bench at the base of the Wasatch Range, this area has become one of Utah's fastest growing communities.
