PARKS
This park is next to the temple and announces to everyone coming down the highway that the Mormon Miracle Pageant is held here each year.
There are some great statues and plaques in the park as well as lots of grass and trees.

The plaques in this park tell the history of the area and of the Indian Chief, Walkara, who welcomed them. One is entitled, Invitation to Sanpete - 1849, which is when the 124 settlers arrived.

Other plaques list pioneer families in Manti and others who helped to settle the area as well.
