16 August 2016 - Man Shot At Inova Fairfax Hospital After Charging Police Officer With A Metal Post.- The man had been reported some short time earlier as threatening others with the post. When the officer responded to reports of the man's actions he went to the parking structure where the man was still acting in a threatening way. The Officer tried to defuse the situation, but shot the man as he was being charged by the man with the Post. The man died of his injuries.
