Pennsboro Community News

Hello,
I live in Belgium (Namur) and I'm looking for information on Pennsboro, West Virginia. My mother, (87 yrs old) was there (coming from Belgium with her family on the Lusitania) between 1914 and 1926. Her name is Laure VANDAMME. Her father was glassblower. She studied at Clay district high School with Mr VINCENT (Histoire), Ms Gladys R. VINCENT (Biology), Ms G. Haught (English) and Mr Hokman (Algebra). She was friend with Geables ? Family and the Bradford Family (son died in 1926 with bobsleigh). She was there with the Waselle Family. She had 2 brothers: Omer and Marcel. Is it possible to have news from this time in Pennsboro? (archives, photos, maps..) She wants to have the song "WEST-VIRGINIA HILLS". My brother and I , we would like that she returns there .. after 72 years !!! Thank-you
