Now home to more than 16,000 residents, Sun City Center has maintained a constant growth, year after year, with homeowners coming from all parts of the United States and abroad. Newcomers are frequently confused by the relationship between Sun City Center (single family and duplex villa homes), Kings Point (condominium villas), Lake Towers (assisted care living and nursing home facilities), The Courtyards and Aston Gardens (independent living rental facilities), and Freedom Plaza (assisted care living and nursing home facilities). Each shares a common post office, shopping centers, medical facilities, banks, and churches. In most respects, these communities are totally separate with each having its own restricted facilities, organizations and programs. However, many entertainment and social programs at one location are open to all local residents, and the national organizations with local chapters draw members from all 6 communities. Whether you choose a one or two-story, single family home or duplex or villa condominium, an active lifestyle is yours to enjoy. A condominium villa home can be bought from the $20s to $150,000s or a single family or duplex villa can be bought from the $40s to $300s. Also, you can choose to live n full, part or no maintenance areas. There is a home style and price to fit everyone's budget. Our amenities--$140 per year per person in Sun City Center and included in the condominium fee for Kings Point residents--include indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and shuffleboard courts, lawn bowling greens, fitness and hobby centers, game and meetings rooms, and a 10,000 square foot theater which schedules top entertainers on a regular basis.
