Most of the town is for sale on Saturday, May 5, by owner Edythe Hagglund.

Sibley was created by Eddie & Edythe Hagglund in 1954

At age 93, she has decided to sell off her remaining holdings
except for the motel that she still runs, even doing some of the maid duties.

Hagglund, referring to Sibley, "The potential here is just great," Hagglund said, staring out over the lake and smiling. "I'm proud of it."
