The Pee Dee Region
The Pee Dee Region of South Carolina consists of the following seven counties: Darlington County, Dillon County, Florence County, Lee County, Marion County, Marlboro County, Williamsburg County
The area is in the northeast corner of South Carolina. The Pee
Dee River flows through the region providing much beauty and recreation.
It was named for the Pee Dee Indians who once lived in the region.
The Pee Dee is fast becoming an area known for premier golfing.
All skill levels are represented at courses here. Not only is
their golf, but other recreation abounds including fishing and
hunting, making the Pee Dee a Sportsman Country.
